Shipping Policy

Orders over $100.00, after discounts and before taxes, are eligible for free Standard shipping. This option will be provided at the checkout.

We ship within Canada and the United States. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has shipped. Orders are discreet and shipped in plain packaging. Processing time is up to 2 business days. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may be longer for rural or remote locations. 

Once received by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

For orders to the USA, you are responsible for any customs fees (if applicable).
